Today is like no other day in MJC. It’s significant and it’s so different. This 21 months have really zoomed pass us and I really haven’t gotten time to think about whatever that have happened and what I actually expected.

MJC -  a school I would never ever NEVER EVER expect myself to be in. The ugly blue uniform (Ok, I do agree I got a taste that no one can agree with cause I actually likes TJC uniform) looks like some nurses’ uniform and the school looks like a hospital or probably a factory. Blue, gray, white - which school can have colours duller than this. (compare with the green and orange in tk!) Pasir Ris - seriously, taking one hour to come school is no joke! Well, so as much as I not want to come MJ, I guess it’s destined that I have to end up in this ‘disgusting’ school which I would never want to come because I am one-point short to go TJ.

On my first day of school, seriously, nothing can be worse than the two admin days because teachers basically try to talk sense into us but we simply don’t care! Like seriously, “PCME? BCME? ECONS IS GOOD, TAKE H2, NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN H1 AND H2…” Now that I think of it, how many times have they cheated students’ feelings to take H2 Econs? Okay fine, since we’re the 7th batch, I suppose 7 times. Well, although I do have my personal reasons for taking 4H2 but that’s not the point. Well, I dread going to school because it just sucks.

Then here comes Oriention. It’s probably the most retarded days in our life when we run around Singapore like noobs and dance like noobs. I totally see my junior’s point in saying that dancing is retarded because dancing has no apparent link with integrating JC1s into the Meridian Family. But well, it’s life, face it!

09S101

Then here comes the supposedly no.1 class in our batch, 09S101! Woohoo! So we’re like the supposedly elites in the whole school. It’s really miracle to me when we realised that half the class failed Mid Years and we’re still top in level. Hmmm, in 09S101, I met my darlings, Yingying, Huixin, Amelia and Sanchita. They were awesome in walking me through my lowest times in JC1 when I have frequent emo tendencies and whatsoever. Especially to Yingying (hahahah! she’ll never get to see this) who is the person closest to me in class as we were from the same PW group. She’s a cute, straightforward person that is very natural. She’s nice to be with and nice to talk to. Yingying has all the good qualities you want in a friend but sadly, she has the bad ones too. She’s irritating and still irritating and still still irritating. Okay! Whatever!

09S101 was great. Funny people who mug »> enjoy but nevermind because I♥tomug is our slogan. Since the whole school thinks that 09S101 mug like we’ve no tomorrow, we’ll not disappoint them. Sadly, or maybe not that sad, after promos exams, I had to drop to H1 Economics because, well, it isn’t my cup of tea/coffee/icemilo! I had to leave the class together with Shermaine, Veron, Ian and Junhao!

And guess what? Shermaine, Veron and Ian were like NOT MY FRIENDS. Yes, we were like classmates for one damn freaking awesome year and we’re still not friends. Previously, 101 was like separated to 2 cliques, the majority and the fantastic 4. Apparently, poor me have to drop to H1 Econs with fantastic 3 who were suppose to suck (so actually they don’t!) Of course, we brought along Junhao our CG rep who is responsible and keen in planning events, so that’s good for us and bad for 101.

Before moving the the next phase, I have to say something, I REALLY ♥ THE PW PERIOD because of my awesome group mates. We’re like the weirdest group of people put together yet we produce the brightest spark! ♥

09S206

Okay, so 09S206 is my new class. No one heard of the class because it never existed. It is a rojak class with the people from 101, 102 and 103 and of course our awesome CT Ms Ong who appeared to be sucha bitch on the first day of school. Oh, if you’re wondering who I am with in class, I am with the fantastic 3. And of course, I am not the 4th now. So yes, life with 206 is very different from life in 101. 206 people are slightly more crazy and it’s a class where we got the whole diversity of characters.

The class was brought closer by that someone. Well, the class wouldn’t be that close without the someone, seriously. That’s why, some epic people make epic jokes that will stay for life. And for those who had stared at her thighs, probably as fat as mine, exposed due to her short skirt, will have been instant K.O.-ed. 

Of course, besides her, we have awesome teachers who bring the class very very close together. First, it’s Ms Cindy Ong - our CT - who’s really encouraging. Although she always say that I’m not smart enough, I know I really am so it doesn’t matter. Ms Ong gets involved in every single class event we have, she is more of a friend than a teacher. Despite knowing her very well, we will still show her her well-deserved respect during tutorials. We really reallly love Ms Ong to the bits just like how she love us, her babies. Second, it’s Ms Cheryl Wong - my Cheryl jiejie - who thought that we were her form class this year but we’re actually not because she doesn’t have a form class this year as she was in charge of the Chrystal program. She has a really bubbly and approachable character. She’s entertaining and helpful in everyway. She’s dedicated and generous (with treating us) and sweet!

It’s helps a lot that this two teachers are VERY VERY GOSSIPY ♥

Then I start to fall in love with 206 because everyone is someone special. I really enjoy my precious time in 206 because we’re extraordinary Chem Commandos.

Band

I have little that I want to talk about MJ Band. Besides the friends, it’s still friends. The MJ Band in my batch is beyond awesome. (It’s the people, not our skills, seriously!) There’s no politics in a freaking band, can you believe it? Common enemy really help solve minor problems within the band (if there was any?) Initially, I thought that a band infested with TKG girls is gonna be torturing, apparently not. Cause out of the few best friends I made in MJ Band, a fair portion is TKG girls. I really love it when I sit at the corner of the band room after practice to talk with Inggrid, Yingzhi, Adwyna, jin and Huiling. Also, I have my awesome section with Sharilyn, Amirah and also Zhiyin! Not forgetting the bimbo Marianne who’s no longer in MJ but she’s definitely a friend that I will never forget. And basically, that’s band life in a nut shell. “Friends”

Confession: I really came in MJ not expecting to meet any good friends because 2 years is too short a time to make true, deep friends. I was wrong.

Jin: I have to put you first because you’re the best jin ever. Although we don’t do htht and we may not understand each other as well as people think we would, I really love you as friend for being there for me when I need you! You’re really like my best friend now after we got into MJ! :D I didn’t expect to know you even better after we leave TK and little did I expect that we’ll end up in MJ together! :D (x:3 for life \m/ (It’s just weird writing message for you)

Yingying: You suck. You’re the best PW group mate I can ever find. I was really serious that I don’t want to be in the same group as you last time because you’re like irritating and weird. But it was because of you, and the 默契 between us that allow me to enjoy PW more than anyone else would enjoy. Thanks a lot for being my friend but you still suck for forgetting my birthday this year.

Huixin: You’re like funny. You have to be more confident with yourself and continue to be funny and unstable whenever we talk about Taiwan drama. k.o series rocks and I wouldn’t be that crazy without you around. You have always been someone nice and sweet to be with. Thanks for being there always. I will be here for you all the time :)

Amelia: You seriously got an angsty and 欠扁 face. Hahaha! But it’s only that I know you better than I realise that you have a character that is easily misunderstood. Frankly speaking, I didn’t have a good impression on you last time because you’re like slightly weird, mug and yupp. But I really changed my impression on you after a while. So, stay strong and face your problems with all your might. I’ll be here for you! I believe you will make it big in life!

Sanchita: This may sound superficial but it’s really cool knowing one of the top students in school because you are like AWESOME, seriously. although we don’t really talk much to each other, I really like your company and stuff in lectures and whatsoever last year. You’re smart yet humble and helpful. You’re really a great friend, it has been nice knowing you.

Weijie, Nicholas and Weechong: Thanks for walking me through my PW journey. It has been great knowing all of because you all are really special. What are the odds that you meet an ah beng who gets 8As for Olevels, a student who uses sophisticated English words in essays that even the teacher do not understand plus joining like a million CCA in secondary school and a guy like weechong who is too pro to be true! Thanks a lot for the memories.

The rest of 09S101 especially KC, ZQ, JH, Ehren (boss!): Thanks a lot for the memories that we’ve shared together. It’s my honour to be once your classmate and will always be all your friends. Take care and we’ll walk through our future together!

Veronica: It has been great knowing you. You’re really what your face says: “Slappable!” As neh as I can be, I really love you as a friend. You’re definitely a friend that I will want to walk my life journey with because I want to spend my whole life understanding your complicated thoughts. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your different moments with me.

Shermaine: If you’re cheena, then I am cheena x 100000. Thanks for being such a crazy, entertaining and lovely friend. You’ve a likable personality that is enthusiastic and whatsoever. Although you do get a bit too AA at times but well, that’s you and I am going to accept who you are and whatever you do since we’re friends. Woots.

Sianching: Wellness buddayes. You are one person who’s generous, forgiving and well liked by all. I like your straight foward character and you’re definitely one friend that I won’t find again because no one is going to pangseh as much as you pangseh everyone around you! Thanks for saying that I have the “tell-me-all” face cause I know I do! Don’t face your problems alone cause when there’s neh, you’ll never be alone!

Lynn: You’re damn cute. You’re like huggable and lovable because you’re so special. I haven’t seen a person as giggly as you. You really make me wonder if I am enjoying my life enough because you look so carefree all the time. I would really want to understand you better because knowing you for 6months is really too short for me to know you well enough. But it doesn’t matter cause we have a million years to come.

Benita: “It has been nice knowing you!” Does this sound familiar? hahahahha! You’re a really cool person. I really love doing weird faces at you (after you remind me that I have always been doing that). Cause you always like to give the Benny face. It’s the benny face that you can get it no where else but on Benita Choo! You’re awesome and I would like be friends with you through the rest of our life.

To the rest of 09S206: Every single one of you are special to me cause my life would suck without all of you. Of course, it sucks with some of you too! But well, that’s not the point. I would really thank all of you for the awesome memories that you all bring to me. All of you are so special and I believe I can find no one that is same as you! So, continue to be special and all the best in life.

Amirah: It has been great knowing you cause you’re such a awesome friend, crazy and mentally unstable. You’re a SL who cannot be serious (okay, actually you can, sometimes). I really enjoy your company and your existence make me feel safe because 2nd can then be hidden. You’re really good, be confident and I will love ya always!

Sharilyn: Hornyy! I really think you’re so adorable, straightforward and crazy. You’re hardworking and conscientious and those are qualities I can never attain my taking short cuts. I really enjoy those time with you! Thanks for being there all the time and thanks for the portrait you’ve drawn for me. I really love it cause if makes me look better~ Hahaha.

Zhiyin: Dear zhiyin, I really love you for many reasons, you’re very special friend indeed. I think that I am really quite 投缘 with you cause I think we really get along very well. I really enjoy your company and the times we spent together during sectionals. You’re a really wonderful friend and it’s my ultimate pleasure knowing you. All the best

Huiling: You are just a pseudo angmoh that I want to be friends with because you’re so special and so retarded as you bring a lot of joy to me! Please continue to stay special because you’re really one friend that is very important to me in my Jc life. Thanks a lot for you company.

Inggrid: You suck, you’ll never get to see this! I really love you Inggrid, you’re like special(ly) tall! Hahaha, You’ve a unique character which is quite weird most of the time. You really bring us a lot of joy and I really love you to the bitz. :) Thanks Inggrid, I really love the fact that I know you!

Yingzhi: You’re just crazy, camwhor-y and cute. You’re like so straightforward and funny because your actions always make me laugh. My life in JC wouldn’t be same without you. Being cheena rocks when you’re around cause you’re so crazy and stuff. I really enjoy your company during band all the time when you stand behind me. Remember to consult your cymbal-god next time when you’re playing cymbals. And, thanks for spoiling my ears.

MJ Band batchmates: Thanks for all your company. Your presence is much appreciated.

Samantha: Love you to the bitz. Although we’re not classmates, not CCA mates and not house mates, we still got so close because of Jin. I am really happy to meet such a bimbo friend like you who never fails to cheer me up with you crazy bimbotic action like “So hot!” hahahaha! Please be by my side of the rest of my life cause you’re definitely one friend that I will never want to forget. , your one and only neh!

Celine: You’re so retarded and cute. I really hate you because you’re from Deyi. hahahahaha! You are one friend that always have endless stories to talka about. Like the ghost story at home, your seniors stories and your deyi stories. It has been great know you and keep in contact after we leave JC!

Leokmin: Can you hear? oh, I mean, can you see? can see? Okay, I know you’re not blind. You’re a really cool friend cause you’re so pretty and sweet looking! I really think you’re really very different from all those bitchy pretty girl cause you have a character as cute as a 10 year old because you’re so childish and blur. It has been great knowing you, keep in contact!
